We count how often ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews name your brand when you start Pro. At day 90 we ask the same questions again. If they don't name you more often than at the start, you don't pay for the next 3 months.

Pick your brand
After you upgrade, choose the brand the guarantee covers. Autopilot needs to be on for it.

Lock in your questions
We pick the questions from the ones Pendium generated for your brand. You see every question, who's asking it, and which AI platforms answer. They stay the same for 90 days.

We measure your start
Over 3 days we ask every question 3 times and work out what share of the answers name you. That share is your starting point.

Day 90, same questions
We ask them 3 more times. If a bigger share of the answers name you, you see by how much. If not, 3 months of Pro go on your account.
Answers that name your brand
Each answer is one question, asked by one customer persona, on one AI platform. It counts when the AI names your brand in its answer. A link to your site with no mention of your name doesn't count.
We compare shares, not raw counts: an answer that fails to come back (a platform error, a timeout) is left out entirely, so a bad day for one platform can't tip the result either way.
Your score on the dashboard can move for other reasons, like new questions you add. The guarantee only uses the locked-in set, so the comparison stays fair.
What the guarantee asks of you, and of us

Pro plan only. One brand per account, and one guarantee per account.

Lock in within 14 days of starting Pro. The 90 days start at lock-in.

Autopilot stays on for all 90 days, publishing at least 2 posts a week. Turning it off ends the guarantee, and we ask before you do.

Your Pro subscription stays active through day 90.

If an AI platform changes its model or shuts down during the 90 days, we compare the platforms that stayed the same. If fewer than half are left, the 3 months are yours.

The guarantee pays in free months, not refunds. Monthly plans skip the next 3 charges; yearly plans get 3 months added to the term.
Questions about the guarantee
Why measure 3 times?
AI answers change from one day to the next. Asking each question 3 times at the start and 3 times at day 90 evens that out, so one lucky or unlucky day doesn't decide it.
Can I change my questions later?
Yes. Your tracked questions stay editable. The guarantee uses its own fixed set, picked from the questions Pendium generated, so your edits don't move the comparison.
Do the measurements use up my plan?
No. They don't count toward your scans, prompts or posts.
Why does Autopilot need to stay on?
Autopilot is the part of Pro that publishes what the scans call for. The guarantee covers the plan doing its job, so it has to keep running.
