Connected Accounts

These tools work on the accounts the brand owner connected in Pendium under Integrations. Each one checks that the service is connected first; if it isn't, the error includes a connectUrl the owner can open to connect it.

• Answer Google reviews: read the reviews on the brand's Google Business Profile location and post replies the owner approved. Start with list_google_reviews.
• Read email and draft replies: read recent Gmail threads and save reply drafts for the owner to send. Pendium never sends mail. Start with list_email_threads.
• Post to Facebook and Instagram: post or schedule the posts the owner approved on the brand's Facebook Page and its linked Instagram account. Start with get_social_accounts.
